Erna has experience in coordinating and implementing international development and EU-funded projects. She holds a double master’s degree from the Justus Liebig University (Giessen, Germany) and Federal Kazan University (Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation). An activist, youth worker and leader, for years in rural areas of different countries, she has developed a keen interest in exploring the dynamics that influence the inflows and outflows of young people from these areas and developing tools to contribute to the challenge of depopulation. She is passionate about various types of performing arts and has embarked on the everlasting quest of using them as a universal way to address different issues of nowadays society such as immigration, gender, mental health, depopulation etc.
